PROJECT OVERVIEW
Neighborhood Planners was a sub-consultant to RDG Planning + Design; and contributed to Imagine 2024: La La Crosse Downtown Plan with a focus on neighborhood development. The study included an exhaustive analysis of existing conditions in the neighborhoods adjacent downtown La Crosse; with an emphasis on identifying opportunities to strengthen the district.
Imagine 2024: La Crosse Downtown Plan received an award from the Wisconsin Chapter of the American Planning Association for outstanding achievement and innovation in planning.
