CHURCHILL STREET CORRIDOR PLAN
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Neighborhood Planners prepared a corridor plan to help guide the City’s future investments in the area. As part of the study we teamed with Engberg Anderson to prepare conceptual site plans for underutilized parcels. The concepts feature a range of missing middle housing types integrated into the existing neighborhood.
